I have a special interest in Disordered Eating and offer Individual and Group sessions in this area

I believe good health - both mental and physical - comes from three factors:
Mental Health
Nutrition
Exercise

Poor eating patterns reflect emotional challenges and they impact enormously upon your energy, your self esteem and your ability to feel nourished and strong
​
By addressing your emotional eating and cravings it is possible to change the way you understand your eating patterns and then identify triggers which can then be managed
